We build AI systems your business owns — the models, the data and the workflow — delivered in-house by Local Knowledge Pty Ltd under a signed engagement. A CPA reviews the decisions that matter. We do not hand your data or your decisions to a black box you rent and can never take with you, and we do not provide legal advice; where a matter is reserved to a lawyer, we will say so and arrange it independently.
Strategy, build, governance and assurance work reduce risk to a reasonable level based on the records, evidence and scope agreed — they are not a guarantee of a particular outcome, that a model will perform in every situation, or that a value, tax position or claim will be accepted by every buyer, financier, auditor or regulator. An AI system requires ongoing governance; it is never “set and forget”.
The usefulness of any AI system, R&D claim or advice depends on the completeness and accuracy of the records, data and information you provide. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations, including maintaining contemporaneous records and meeting lodgement deadlines, except to the extent expressly agreed in an engagement.
Our work is performed in accordance with the applicable professional and ethical standards. Where a conflict or a matter reserved to a lawyer or another qualified professional arises, we will decline the work or arrange it independently rather than compromise that standard.

Local Knowledge Pty Ltd participates in the CPA Australia Professional Standards Scheme. The scheme limits the civil liability of participating practitioners for professional services, subject to its terms.
