How it works

Map the decisions first. Build a system you own.

AI only pays off when the decisions, the data and the governance are mapped before a line of code is written. Here is exactly how we work with you — and how you end up owning the result.

Step 1

A confidential conversation

We start by understanding your business — the decisions you make, where the data sits, what you’re paying for today, and what you want AI to actually do. No obligation, and nothing leaves the room.

Step 2

Scope & written proposal

We map the opportunity to the decisions, the data and the risk — against the relevant principles and standards — and set out exactly what we recommend, what it covers, what it does not, and what it costs, in writing, before anything begins.

Step 3

In-house build & governance

The work — AI strategy and opportunity mapping, custom build and deployment, systems management, governance and assurance, and commercialisation — is delivered in-house by Local Knowledge Pty Ltd under a signed engagement. You own the models, the data and the workflow, and a CPA reviews the decisions that matter.

Step 4

Deployment & follow-through

You get a documented, portable AI system you own — deployed into your workflow, governed to a named standard, and monitored for drift and data leakage. We stay alongside you to run it, assure it, and commercialise it where it makes sense.

This page is general information only — not personal financial, tax or legal advice. Any AI build or advisory work is performed under a signed engagement with Local Knowledge Pty Ltd, in accordance with the applicable professional standards, and every material output is reviewed by a CPA. Building an AI system reduces risk to a reasonable level; it is never a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Ready when you are.

Book a confidential conversation and we’ll map where AI adds real leverage in your business — and how you end up owning the system.
